This is the most recommended service when your nights are out of control and the family has decided is time for a change and time to sleep the entire night; it is necessary to be aware of the benefits and importance of sleep in babies/kids, also the decision of improvement of the life quality for the parents. To have good sleep habits is a privilege and the best gift and investment you can give your family.

While the plan is in place-usually 2 weeks- I will guide you step by step in each scenario you may encounter, we will focus on the routine and plan. It is important to keep communication between us and finalize two weeks at least.

  • Personalised 24 hr routine

  • Questionnaire to be filled in by parents to investigate about your child’s sleep (Immediately download)

  • Analysis of current Sleep routine

  • Analysis of current Nap frequency and routine

  • Identification of habits and props

  • Method/strategy to be followed while the sleep plan is implemented

  • 2 weeks of follow up support via email (1 email every 2 days)
