Liliana Amaro

As a sleep coach, I aim to teach parents how to have a content baby. A content baby is a happy baby, one that has had all its needs met and is healthy, clean, and loved. I believe that every baby deserves to be content and that parents can learn how to help their babies achieve this through my sleep coaching.

While it's natural for first-time parents to feel guilty and unsure of themselves, I want to remind them that it's essential to let their babies express themselves and communicate their needs. With a little guidance and understanding, parents can learn to recognize their babies' different cries and respond appropriately.

Changing sleep routines can be challenging for babies, but it's worth the effort. When babies learn to love sleep, they become happier and more content. I've seen this firsthand while working with twins where one of the twins who was not a great sleeper became the best sleeper after sleep training. It just shows that every baby is different and has unique needs.

It is also common for some babies to have periods of fussiness in the afternoon. Parents should recognize these times and adjust their routines to avoid them.

In conclusion, when babies are content, well-fed, and have had enough playtime, they are more likely to sleep well.
